Hi everyone,
   
  I just wanted to update you on the St Mary's International Festival.  
   
  We have decided to serve Bangers and Mashed and Shepherd's Pie.  We may also include some desserts if anyone wants to donate them. The Bangers and Shepherd's Pie have been ordered through  Port City Cafe and Pub and it will be paid for by the Festival committee.  All profits go to the Festival.  We will be manning the booth and selling the food.  The purpose of this event is to give us exposure in the Community and participate in a fun festival, which fits in with our mission as an organization.     
   
  When we meet on Sept 6, I will have a sign up sheet up available for volunteers to work the booth.  The Festival hours are 11-8 on Saturday, Sept 15 and 12-6 on Sunday, Sept 16. 
  Hopefully we will have enough people sign up, so no one will have to work more than two hours.
